How personalized coaching works:
1. Assessment
The process begins by getting to know your lifestyle and fitness level through a series of assessments.
2. Training
We take what we’ve learned from your assessment to create a training plan that works for you.
3. Feedback
After the workouts, I review any exercises you filmed, and give you feedback on your form and overall performance, to improve week to week.
